This is a beautiful piece! the lighting is very well done, constrast of the highlights and shadows is balanced brilliantly. The hair is very realistic an it helps capture the movement of the character. the detail on the females dress is subtle but adds a lovely extra layer to the piece. The combination of 2 quite different clothing styles on elf characters is something unique that I have not seen before and is very welcome. The expressions on both of these characters is I think the most well executed part of this piece and brings the entire thing to life.
A few critiques, and I really had to dig for these:
The left foot on the female seems to be in an odd position anatomically.
The right hand sleeve on the male seems a bit too droopy, taking into account where the wrist is angled going into the sleeve.
position of the males boots vs upper body position looks a little odd personally.

All together a truly beautiful piece of art, brilliant work from a truly wonderful artist.
